Secure Containment Guidelines:

DA-001-04 is to be contained within a standard anomalous object locker, which is in a secure room, at Site-██. Access to DA-001-04 is restricted to Level 4 personnel or lower and experiments cannot be done on the object. Tests are likely to go horribly wrong with DA-001-04, in which will result in the End of the World. DA-001-04 must be stored on a secure pedestal and is not to be handled at all. No personnel are allowed to spin DA-001-04 under any circumstances, and in doing so will result in immediate termination. 

Description: 

DA-001-04 is a globe measuring 30 cm in diameter, resembling a typical geographical world map with all continents and oceans accurately represented. However, if DA-001-04 is spun, the entire planet will rotate with it at a rate proportional to the velocity of the spin. The effect is instantaneous and affects the Earth's rotational axis, resulting in a shift in the planet's rotation. DA-001-04 was recovered from a wealthy collector of anomalous artefacts in ████, ██████████. The collector had acquired DA-001-04 from an unknown source and was found to be spinning DA-001-04 in his private collection room. The subsequent shift in the planet's rotation caused noticeable climate and weather changes around the world.
