Secure Containment Guidelines: 

DA-009-A is to be secured in a titanium room, with at least one Level 4 guard guarding it using CCTV.

DA-009-A is to be powered down whenever possible.

DA-009-A must not be entered unless return is possible.*

Personnel must not test without a Level 4's permission.

DA-009 is to be powered down when not in use, and all personnel entering DA-009 must wear standard protective equipment, including Class-C hazmat suits.

Description:

 DA-009 is a fully functional replica of Site-[REDACTED], the Foundation's primary containment facility. DA-009 is visually identical to Site-[REDACTED] in every way, including its layout, equipment, and personnel.

However, there are several differences between DA-009 and the real Site-[REDACTED]:

DA-009's personnel are all duplicates of the real Site-[REDACTED] personnel, but they display no emotional response and behave in a robotic and mechanical manner.

DA-009's containment chambers are empty and do not contain any of the anomalous objects that are typically stored in Site-[REDACTED]'s containment chambers.

DA-009's security protocols are different from Site-[REDACTED]'s. For example, DA-009's security cameras display footage from an alternate timeline in which several major containment breaches have occurred, and Site-[REDACTED] was destroyed.

DA-009's power supply is an unknown energy source that appears to be capable of generating unlimited energy.

DA-009's central computer system contains no data on the Foundation's current operations or personnel.

It is currently unknown how DA-009 was created, or who is responsible for its cration but due to its unknown origins it is classified as Medium.

Addendum:

 Research on DA-009 is ongoing, and several theories have been proposed regarding its origin and purpose. One theory suggests that DA-009 was created as a backup in case of a catastrophic event at Site-[REDACTED]. Another theory suggests that DA-009 was created as part of an alternate reality experiment, designed to study the effects of different security protocols on containment efforts.

Further investigation and research is required to fully understand DA-009 and its capabilities.

*DA-009-A is a portal to DA-009, with the portal not having any anomalous features apart from teleportation.
