DA-012 - “The Insane Therapist”

Secure Containment Guidelines: 

DA-012 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell at Site-██. All personnel interacting with DA-012 must undergo a psychological evaluation before and after each session. Any personnel exhibiting signs of psychological distress are to be immediately removed from DA-012's presence and placed under psychiatric care.

DA-012 is to be provided with writing materials, drawing implements, and any other items necessary to carry out its therapy sessions. These materials must be inspected for potential hazards before being given to DA-012.

Description: 

DA-012 appears to be a middle-aged human female, approximately 1.7 meters in height and weighing approximately 70 kilograms. It has been observed to wear a lab coat and eyeglasses, which it claims are necessary for its work as a therapist. DA-012 claims to be a licensed therapist and has been known to refer to itself as "Doctor" in conversations with personnel.

DA-012 exhibits symptoms consistent with a variety of psychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. Despite these symptoms, DA-012 is highly skilled in the practice of psychotherapy and has been observed to exhibit a level of insight into the human psyche that surpasses that of most human therapists.

DA-012's therapy sessions have been described as intense and emotionally draining by personnel who have interacted with it. DA-012 has been known to use a variety of unconventional methods in its therapy, including hypnosis, exposure therapy, and cognitive restructuring. DA-012 has also been known to exhibit a disturbing level of insight into the personal lives of its patients, often revealing information that they had not disclosed in therapy sessions.

Addendum: Incident Report-DA-012-A

On ██/██/20██, during a therapy session with Dr. ██████, DA-012 exhibited a sudden change in behavior. DA-012 began to exhibit symptoms consistent with a psychotic episode, including hallucinations and delusions. During the episode, DA-012 claimed to be "channeling the spirits of its patients" and began to make threats against Dr. ██████. Foundation security personnel were able to subdue DA-012 and sedate it.

Following the incident, it was discovered that DA-012 had been intentionally withholding information from its psychiatric evaluations. It is believed that DA-012 has access to information and techniques that are beyond the capabilities of human therapists, but its mental instability makes it a dangerous and unpredictable entity. All personnel interacting with DA-012 are reminded to exercise caution and report any unusual behavior immediately.
