All personnel assigned to DA-013 must be fluent in Russian and should undergo psychological evaluations to ensure they can withstand the effects of DA-013.

Description: 

DA-013 is a Russian Bar, named "The Red Tavern," located in the town of ████████, Russia. The interior of DA-013 appears to be in a state of decay, with peeling wallpaper, broken furniture, and rusted fixtures. However, despite its dilapidated appearance, DA-013 is fully functional and appears to have an endless supply of alcohol, which is of a high quality and unknown origin.

The bar is staffed by several humanoid anomalies, all of whom speak exclusively in Russian. These anomalies appear to be immune to the effects of alcohol, and are capable of consuming vast amounts without any apparent negative effects. They are also capable of speaking with patrons in an extremely persuasive and convincing manner, often convincing them to divulge personal information or engage in dangerous or illegal activities.

DA-013 also possesses several anomalous properties, including the ability to manipulate probability, causing unlikely events to occur within the bar's vicinity. These events can range from small-scale anomalies, such as objects moving on their own, to more dangerous occurrences, such as spontaneous fires or electrical surges.

Additionally, DA-013's music system has been observed to play songs that are not present in any known music database, and are believed to be of anomalous origin. These songs have been known to cause physical and psychological effects on individuals who hear them, including altered states of consciousness and hallucinations.

DA-013 was discovered in 20██, after reports of missing persons in the city of ████████ led Foundation agents to investigate the bar. The current staff of DA-013 are believed to have been in their positions for several decades, and their true identities and origins remain unknown. It is theorized that they may be the product of an unknown anomalous entity or experiment, but further research is required to confirm this hypothesis.

Due to the unpredictable nature of DA-013, all personnel assigned to DA-013 are required to be equipped with standard Foundation weaponry and protective gear at all times. In the event of a containment breach, lethal force is authorized.
