DA-015 - “Anti-Clean”

Object Class: Other

Secure Containment Guidelines

DA-015 is to be kept in a standard containment locker at Site-██. Access to DA-015 is restricted to Level 2 personnel and above. Testing on DA-015 must be conducted in a standard testing chamber equipped with Class-D hazmat suits and air filtration systems.

Description:

DA-015 is a small, palm-sized pod made of an unknown metallic substance. The pod resembles a common washing up pod, complete with a small nozzle at one end. However, when activated, DA-015 does the exact opposite of cleaning: it contaminates any surface it is applied to with a rapidly spreading layer of grime, dirt, and bacteria.

DA-015 is activated when the user twists the top half of the pod in a clockwise direction. This releases a small amount of the substance contained within the pod, which immediately begins to expand and contaminate any surface it comes into contact with. The contamination is incredibly fast-acting, with surfaces becoming visibly dirty and grimy within seconds.

DA-015 appears to be indestructible and cannot be destroyed by any known means. Attempts to break, melt, or dissolve the pod have proven futile. Additionally, DA-015 appears to be impervious to any cleaning agents or disinfectants. Once a surface has been contaminated by DA-015, it becomes incredibly difficult to clean and may require multiple attempts with different cleaning methods.

DA-015 was recovered from an abandoned laboratory in [REDACTED], where it is believed to have been created as a biological weapon. The origins of DA-015's creators are currently unknown.

Addendum:

Testing on DA-015 has revealed that it is capable of contaminating a wide range of materials, including but not limited to, plastics, metals, and fabrics. Additionally, it has been observed that DA-015's contamination has an adverse effect on living organisms. Contaminated organisms experience a rapid onset of sickness, including nausea, vomiting, and respiratory distress. It is recommended that all testing on DA-015 be conducted with extreme caution, and only under the strictest safety protocols.
