DA-018 is to be kept in a standard containment locker in Site-██. Access to DA-018 requires Level 3 clearance, and any testing or interaction with DA-018 must be approved by at least two other Level 3 personnel. Testing is only to be conducted with D-Class personnel, and any E-Class who interact with DA-018 are to undergo mandatory psychological evaluations and counseling.
Description:
DA-018 appears to be an ordinary canvas painting of indeterminate origin, measuring approximately 1.5 meters in height and 1 meter in width. When a human subject touches the surface of the canvas, they will experience a vivid and detailed vision of their own death. The vision displayed on the canvas will depict the individual's death in a realistic and graphic manner, with no details blurred.
The visions displayed by DA-018 have been observed to vary in length and intensity depending on the individual. Some subjects have experienced brief and relatively painless deaths, while others have undergone prolonged and agonizing deaths. The visions are always tailored to the individual, often incorporating their own fears, anxieties, and personal circumstances into the scenario.
Subjects who have interacted with DA-018 have reported intense emotional distress and trauma following the experience. Many have required extensive therapy and counseling to recover from the experience. Additionally, prolonged exposure to DA-018 has been observed to cause severe psychological deterioration and suicidal tendencies.

DA-018 was recovered from an abandoned art studio in ████████, where it was being used as part of a private collection. The previous owner of the collection was found deceased on the premises, having apparently ████████ ████████ after acquiring DA-018. Foundation agents discovered the anomaly during a routine sweep of the area, and the object was subsequently contained.
