DA-021 - “The Deadly Wristwatch”

Secure Containment Guidelines:
Due to its extreme danger, DA-021 is to be contained within a specialized facility located in a remote, heavily fortified location. The facility must be equipped with redundant power and communication systems, and staffed by a minimum of 12 armed guards at all times. No less than two (2) level 3 personnel are allowed inside the containment area at any given time.

DA-021 must be kept within a sealed containment chamber lined with lead, as it emits harmful radiation in all directions. Any personnel entering the containment chamber must wear full radiation suits and undergo a thorough decontamination procedure upon leaving.

Under no circumstances should DA-021 be allowed to come into contact with any organic matter, including but not limited to plants, animals, and humans. Any attempt to transport DA-021 outside of its containment chamber must be approved by at least three (3) level 4 personnel and carried out with extreme caution.

Description: 

DA-021 is a small, metallic device resembling a wristwatch. It measures approximately   cm in diameter and is made of an unknown material that is impervious to all known forms of physical damage.

When activated, DA-021 emits a powerful burst of energy that affects all living organisms within a radius of 100 meters. This energy causes a rapid and uncontrollable growth of all organic matter, including plants, animals, and human flesh. The growth is extremely painful and ultimately leads to the subject's death as their organs fail to keep up with the accelerated growth.

DA-021 was recovered from a research facility in [REDACTED], where it had been used to experiment on human subjects. The facility was destroyed and all personnel involved were terminated, but several other DA-021 devices may still be at large.

Addendum:
In light of the extreme danger posed by DA-021, all personnel involved in its containment are advised to remain vigilant at all times. Any breach of containment must be met with deadly force, as the potential consequences of an uncontrolled release of DA-021 are too catastrophic to imagine.
