Secure Containment Guidelines: 

DA-022 is to be contained within a standard humanoid containment chamber at Site-██. The chamber must be equipped with at least two (2) remote-activated tasers, with at least one (1) taser trained on DA-022 at all times. DA-022's chamber must be monitored via closed-circuit camera at all times.

Interaction with DA-022 is prohibited except under controlled testing conditions and with the express permission of at least one (1) Level 3 staff member.

Description:

 DA-022 is a humanoid entity measuring 1.8 meters in height and weighing approximately 70 kilograms. It appears to be a male with caucasian features and brown hair. DA-022 is capable of basic human speech and has shown a limited ability to understand spoken English.

DA-022's primary anomalous effect is its ability to generate intense electromagnetic fields within a radius of approximately two (2) meters. This effect appears to be involuntary and is not under DA-022's control. When this effect is active, electronic devices within the radius of the effect will malfunction, often irreparably.

In addition to its electromagnetic field, DA-022 has displayed a limited ability to manipulate electromagnetic radiation. This ability has been observed to manifest in the form of small, localized electromagnetic pulses, which DA-022 can use to disrupt electronic devices or cause them to malfunction.

Attempts to communicate with DA-022 have been largely unsuccessful, as it appears to be highly agitated and prone to violent outbursts when provoked. As a result, all interactions with DA-022 must be carefully controlled and monitored to avoid any potential breaches of containment.
