Secure Containment Guidelines:

Due to the unpredictable nature of DA-038's performances and the potential psychological risks involved, access to the concert hall is strictly controlled by CODA. DA-038 is to be monitored continuously for any signs of activation, and its performance date is to be recorded once identified. Echo-1 is responsible for monitoring and containment of DA-038

Personnel with Level 3 clearance or above are allowed to attend the event as part of research and observation efforts. Attendees must undergo psychological evaluation before and after the performance. Class-B amnestics may be administered to affected individuals as necessary to prevent the spread of information regarding DA-038.

Any civilians inadvertently exposed to DA-038's anomalous effects are to be apprehended, administered amnestics, and released after evaluation by Foundation personnel.

The concert hall is to be equipped with soundproofing materials to minimize the transmission of emotional effects outside the containment area. Electronic devices capable of recording audio are prohibited within DA-038 to prevent unauthorized attempts at capturing the music.

Description: 

DA-038 is an anomalous concert hall located in an undisclosed area. The interior of DA-038 appears to be a typical, empty concert hall, with a seating capacity of approximately 500 individuals.

Once a year, on a date that remains unpredictable, DA-038 hosts an anomalous symphony performance. During this event, no visible performers or instruments are present, yet a haunting symphony resonates throughout the hall. The music emitted is inaudible to the human ear but interacts directly with the emotional centers of the brain.

Individuals attending the concert experience a range of powerful emotional responses, varying from intense euphoria to overwhelming sorrow. These emotions are so potent that they can lead to profound behavioral changes and psychological effects. Some individuals may become deeply inspired and driven to create art or achieve their life's goals, while others may suffer from depression or uncontrollable emotional distress.
