Secure Containment Guidelines: 

DA-067 is to be contained within a standard anomalous item containment chamber at Site-██. The containment chamber is to be equipped with surveillance cameras and a secure lock mechanism to prevent unauthorized access. Access to DA-067 requires Level 2 clearance, and all personnel must undergo teleportation protocol training before utilizing the object.

Description: 

DA-067 is a wooden table measuring 2 meters in length, 1 meter in width, and 0.75 meters in height. It appears to be a typical dining table, although it lacks any notable identifying marks or designs. The object's anomalous properties manifest when a human subject physically touches its surface.

Upon contact, the individual will instantaneously disappear from their current location and reappear at another location within a range of approximately 10 kilometers. The destination location appears to be randomly determined, and the teleportation event occurs without any sensation of movement or passage of time for the subject.

Teleportation events conducted using DA-067 have been successful in all recorded instances, with subjects arriving unharmed at the new location. There have been no reports of physical or psychological side effects resulting from the teleportation process. The table itself does not relocate during the teleportation event and remains stationary at its original location.

Addendum: Test Log Excerpts
The following are select entries from the test log to demonstrate the properties and limitations of DA-067:

Test 067-01 Subject: E-00012 Destination: Forested area approximately 6 kilometers north of Site-██ Observation: Subject reported no ill effects and appeared disoriented upon arrival.

Test 067-02 Subject: Agent Johnson Destination: Bottom of the ocean approximately 8 kilometers off the coast Observation: Subject reported a brief sensation of pressure, but no physical harm upon arrival. Extraction team recovered the subject using specialized equipment.

Test 067-03 Subject: E-07251 Destination: Inside the solid wall of a neighboring building Observation: Subject's displacement was immediately terminated. The subject suffered fatal injuries due to being embedded in the wall.

Incident Report DA-067-03
On ██/██/20██, during an unsanctioned testing session, Researcher ███████ accidentally activated DA-067 while leaning on its surface. The researcher disappeared and did not reappear at a different location. Despite extensive search efforts, the researcher's whereabouts remain unknown. Access to DA-067 has been restricted to authorized personnel only.

Further investigation into the nature of DA-067's teleportation mechanism is ongoing, as well as attempts to develop methods for safe and controlled teleportation using the object.
