Secure Containment Guidelines: 

DA-087 is to be kept in a secure containment chamber measuring 5m x 5m x 5m. The chamber should be constructed with reinforced concrete walls and equipped with a locking mechanism requiring Level 3 clearance or higher. The chamber is to be monitored at all times via closed-circuit cameras.

No personnel are allowed physical contact with DA-087 without prior approval from at least two Level 4 personnel. Any unauthorized individuals found within a 10-meter radius of DA-087 are to be immediately removed from the area and administered Class-C amnestics if necessary.

Description: 

DA-087 is a tombstone made of black marble, standing at approximately 2.5 meters in height. The stone is unremarkable in appearance, except for an intricate carving on the front face depicting a winged figure resembling an angel. The words "Here lies the Unknown" are inscribed at the base of the tombstone.

DA-087 possesses anomalous properties that manifest when an individual reads the inscription aloud while touching the tombstone. Upon doing so, the individual will be enveloped in a sudden burst of blinding light, disappearing from view. Subsequent attempts to locate the individual have been unsuccessful, and their whereabouts remain unknown.

Approximately 24 hours later, a new name will appear on the tombstone, replacing the previous inscription of "the Unknown." The new name corresponds to the vanished individual, and no pattern or discernible criteria for the selection process have been identified.

It is important to note that any attempts to destroy or damage DA-087 have proven ineffective. The tombstone shows no signs of wear or deterioration despite numerous experiments, including exposure to extreme temperatures, corrosive substances, and physical impact.

Due to the nature of DA-087, testing involving live subjects is strictly prohibited. All research regarding the origin, purpose, and mechanism behind the anomalous effects of DA-087 are ongoing.

Addendum: Incident 087-1

On ██/██/20██, during a routine inspection, Agent █████ accidentally touched DA-087 while cleaning the containment chamber. In a state of panic, the agent attempted to flee but was immediately engulfed in a burst of light and vanished. The inscription on DA-087 subsequently changed to "Agent █████."

Agent █████'s disappearance serves as a reminder of the potential danger associated with DA-087 and highlights the need for strict adherence to containment guidelines.
