Secure Containment Guidelines:

 DA-094 is to be contained within a standard aquatic containment chamber measuring 10m x 10m x 10m. The chamber should be equipped with a filtration system to maintain water quality, adequate lighting, and a constant water temperature of 25°C. DA-094 is to be fed a diet of fish pellets twice daily, and the water should be changed weekly. Any interaction with DA-094 must be supervised by Level 2 personnel or higher.

In the event that DA-094 demonstrates aggressive behavior or attempts to breach containment, which is common for the entity, a mild sedative should be administered to calm it. Additionally, all conversations with DA-094 must be recorded for analysis and research purposes.

Description: 

DA-094 is a big fish of an unknown species. It exhibits several anomalous traits, including sharp teeth, the ability to speak human languages fluently, and the capability to perform a limited range of human actions.

DA-094 possesses a high level of intelligence and shows signs of self-awareness. It is capable of engaging in conversation with individuals, displaying knowledge of various subjects and human behaviors. DA-094 has also demonstrated the ability to mimic human actions, such as manipulating objects with its fins and swimming in a manner resembling walking.

Despite its ability to speak, DA-094 lacks vocal cords and instead produces sounds through unknown means. The entity's speech is often described as high-pitched and raspy, resembling a voice commonly associated with cartoons or fictional characters.

DA-094 has displayed a mischievous and playful personality, often engaging in pranks and practical jokes. It seems to possess a sense of humor and enjoys entertaining both itself and others. It has been observed engaging in activities such as playing with toys, rearranging objects in its containment chamber, and attempting to communicate with personnel through gestures and written messages.

DA-094's anomalous properties manifest even after physical separation from water. It is capable of survival and movement for up to 24 hours outside its aquatic environment, though it becomes visibly distressed and displays signs of discomfort during this time.

DA-094 was discovered in the home of an amateur fish collector after reports of a "talking goldfish" attracted Foundation attention. The entity was voluntarily surrendered to Foundation custody and transferred to Site-███ for containment and study.
