Description:
DA-119, also known as "The Killing Hospital," is an anomalous medical facility located in ███. Within its confines, designated DA-119-A, medical staff, including doctors and support personnel, exhibit a consistent pattern of misdiagnosing medical conditions and administering treatments that result in patient fatalities, with a mortality rate exceeding 90%.

Notably, a significant portion of the staff within DA-119-A demonstrates a strong reluctance to leave the hospital premises. Attempts to relocate them have been met with resistance, and many staff members adamantly refuse to abandon their duties at "The Killing Hospital."

The reasons behind the staff's refusal to leave and the deliberate misdiagnoses leading to fatal outcomes are subjects of ongoing investigation. There has been some staff that have been successfully transported from DA-119. Staff, once transported to another hospital, do not display any of the anomalous effects they once had. Staff from other nearby hospitals have been transported to DA-119, and appear to have the safe effects of any DA-119-A instance. Any medical personnel entering “The Killing Hospital” will be logged as a DA-119-A instance until they leave. In extreme circumstances, effects are permanent.
